Cancellation Policy

Orders may be changed or canceled within 24 hours of being placed. After this window, your order may already be processing and we may not be able to cancel or adjust it. If your cancellation is successful, refunds are processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

We package every order with care, but if your product arrives physically damaged or defective, we’re here to make it right.

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at ommorastore@gmail.com with a clear photo of the damage. Damaged packaging only (such as a dented box) is not considered damage if the product itself is in good condition.

We do not accept returns or offer replacements for items damaged by misuse, wear and tear, or normal use over time.


Shipping & Delivery

We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but please note we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

If your package is lost, delayed, or stolen, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for the fastest resolution.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 24 hours. If your order ships to the wrong address due to customer error, we are not responsible for resending or refunding the item.
