Ommora Refund & Return Policy

At Ommora, we're committed to helping you find everyday comfort and relief through wellness products that actually work. We stand by the effectiveness of our items and the customer must be in possession of them for at least 14 days before deciding on a return.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase after trying it for 14 days—and it’s still within our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee—you can request a return by emailing us at ommorastore@gmail.com. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping.


Cancellation Policy

Orders may be changed or canceled within 12 hours of being placed. After this window, your order may already be processing and we may not be able to cancel or adjust it. If your cancellation is successful, refunds are processed within 7 business days.


30-Day Money Back Guarantee

We want you to feel confident in trying our products. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can request a return after 14 days of use, and within 30 days of receiving your order. Shipping fees (if any) are not refundable.

To begin the return process, simply fill out the contact form on our Contact Us page or email us at ommorastore@gmail.com. Please include your Order Number, or the name and email used at checkout for faster service.

For your return to be processed within the 30-days, it must reach our location before that 30-day period has expired.

You must have the original packaging and all of the original parts to be eligible for the 30-day refund policy. 


Damaged Items

We package every order with care and quality control every device, if it's damaged in transit, please reach out to us so we can recommend your next action.

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at ommorastore@gmail.com with a clear photo of the damage so we can recommend your next action. Damaged packaging only (such as a dented box) is not considered damage if the product itself is in good condition.

We do not accept refunds/replacements on stolen items.


Shipping & Delivery

We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but please note we are not responsible or liable for delays/lack of shipment caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

If your package is lost, delayed, or stolen, the customer must contact the shipping carrier directly for the fastest resolution or contact us so we can recommend your next action.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours. If your order ships to the wrong address due to customer error, we are not responsible for resending or refunding the item.


Warranty

All eligible products come with a 6-month limited warranty, beginning on the day the item is marked as delivered. This warranty covers internal product malfunctions or defects that occur through no fault of the customer.

Products received as part of a warranty claim are not eligible for return or refund.

Warranty refund claims can only be accepted if the item is not functioning due to a manufacturer defect, not physically damaged by the customer, not worn down through regular use or improper handling, and comes with all of the original packaging/parts.

    Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse are not covered under warranty. If you believe your warranty-eligible item is defective, contact us at ommorastore@gmail.com with your Order Number and a photo or video of the issue.

    Ommora reserves the right to update or change this Return & Refund Policy at any time or deny any refund. By purchasing from Ommora, you agree to the terms outlined above and accept any updates we make. Ommora reserves the right to deny any refunds believed to be unjust or fraudulent. Please note that returns, refunds, and cancellations which are ineligible due to the time consumed by conversations with our customer support system are still restricted by the time-sensitive policies listed on this page.
